The key is lightweight and ergonomic, and doesn't dig into my finger the way its competitor does when I use it to open a heavy door. I also love that the Hygienic Key comes with a cloth pouch, which should keep any germs from contaminating other items in my pocket. I also really like the Hygienic Key's high copper content, which, I understand, makes it more effective in destroying any viruses on it.
